Terrible customer service
Frankbros has terrible customer service, with mostly automated responses that don't deal with the issue. I would advise anyone in the US not to order anything from Frankbros as they do not have their export documents prepared and your package will get stuck in customs, and you will receive no assistance or information. There are much better and service friendly options.

I wish there were no stars for this Company
I wish there were no stars. The customer service team have exchanged about 10 texts with me after their own issued introductory offer of 10% discount didn’t work I have had several explanations including requests for me to prove I had a code from them my strong advice would be to shop anywhere but here
